Known widely around the league for his impressively defiant running style, Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco showed the league in the season opener that 2024 would bring more of the same powerful runs that has made him such a fan favorite in Kansas City. On these two plays in particular, Pacheco refused to go down, first fighting for every last inch on a short touchdown run in third quarter, and later rolling over two would-be tacklers before getting back up and running for first down yardage after making a short catch. Pacheco would finish this one with 45 yards on the ground and 23 through the air, helping the Chiefs to start 1-0 with a 27-20 win over the Ravens on Sept. 5, 2024.
