Already up by multiple scores late in the second quarter, Bears quarterback Rex Grossman was not satisfied with playing conservatively. He dropped back to pass and fired a dart over the middle of the field, which was hauled in by his receiver who then crossed the goal line for a 27-yard score that put Chicago up by 41 points before halftime. Grossman would throw for 252 yards and three touchdowns in this one, as the Bears dismantled the 49ers, 41-10, on Oct. 29, 2006.
