In one of the final games of a storied career that saw him named First-Team All-Pro on seven occasions, Patriots left guard John Hannah pulled left on this play and made a critical block to clear the way for the running back, who trotted into the end zone for the score. The touchdown capped off a scoring drive that brought New England back within three points, and they would ultimately prevail in this one, 27-20, beating the Raiders on Jan. 5, 1986 to advance to the AFC Championship Game.
