After a midseason trade resulted in Joshua Dobbs making his Minnesota Vikings debut on just a few days' notice, he put together a spectacular performance with his new squad, leading them to an unforgettable back-and-forth, come-from-behind victory in Week 9. Making plays with both his arm and his legs, Dobbs frequently evaded the pass rush, making remarkable plays to get big gains on plays that could have gone for losses, including an 18-yard touchdown rush in the third quarter. When the team trailed in the final minute, Dobbs tossed what would prove to be the game-winning touchdown pass with less than 30 seconds left on the clock. All told, Dobbs threw for 158 yards and two scores, and ran for another score to go along with 66 rushing yards, as the Vikings beat the Falcons, 31-28, on Nov. 5, 2023.
