Sunday Night Football’s commentators perhaps explained it best, when describing Jameson Williams’ quickness during Nov. 16, 2025’s live broadcast: “You are not catching him when he is taking off.” One of Detroit’s many big-play manufacturers, Williams put video game-esque “99 speed” on illustration during a quick slant, hitting 20.19 MPH in top speed to leave Philadelphia’s secondary in the dust behind on a 40-yard touchdown takeoff. The Lions couldn’t quite catch the Eagles on the scoreboards during Week 11’s defensive-minded 16-9 defeat, but Williams was spectacular nonetheless, turning four catches into 88 yards and a score.
