The NFL knows no shortage of gifted “1-2 punches” at the running back position, and in a dominant Week 1 showing, J.K. Dobbins helped introduce the league to, perhaps, one of its best new additions. In need of a play to help the Denver Broncos create separation on the scoreboard, Dobbins — quite literally — did so, powering through the trenches before stiff-arming his way to a 19-yard touchdown. During a 20-12 win over the Tennessee Titans, the Broncos’ new tailback played the role of workhorse effectively, turning in a 18-touch, 68-yard, one-score effort on Sept. 7, 2025.
