The first overall pick in the 1999 NFL Draft, Browns rookie quarterback Tim Couch and the rest of the offense needed a miracle as the lined up at their own 44-yard line with just two seconds on the clock and trailing by two. Lined up in a shotgun formation, Couch received the snap, dropped back to pass, rolled out right away from the pressure, and then heaved a ball as far as he could down the field. The pass reached the goal line, where it was batted into the air and caught by a Cleveland receiver for the game-winning score with no time on the clock. Couch threw for 193 yards and three touchdowns in this one, as the Browns beat the Saints, 21-16, on Oct. 31, 1999.
